You will be responsible for upholding our rigorous SOPs, ensuring that every aspect of the store—from recruitment and talent development to financial health and inventory management—is executed to the highest standard. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end store operations, ensuring full compliance with Erajaya’s corporate SOPs.
- Manage and develop store talent, including recruitment, onboarding, and continuous performance training.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L, sales targets, and expense management.
- Maintain impeccable inventory integrity and stock management standards to minimize shrinkage.
- Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns at the store level to maximize foot traffic and conversion.
- Ensure a superior customer service experience, handling escalations and coaching team members on engagement techniques.
- Prepare regular operational reports for regional management, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including cash management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Proven track record in leadership and the ability to motivate diverse team members.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders effectively.
- High attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset for problem-solving.
- Willingness to be based in Banjarmasin and a commitment to maintaining company excellence.
