In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our store's success, overseeing daily operations, optimizing sales strategies, and cultivating a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for inventory management, a deep understanding of customer traffic analytics, and the ability to turn data-driven insights into actionable growth strategies. You will be responsible for balancing new customer acquisition with the retention of our existing and dormant customer base, ensuring our brand remains a top choice in the competitive Jakarta retail landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive overall store revenue and ensure consistent achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze customer traffic patterns to optimize store layout, staffing, and promotional activities.
- Manage end-to-end inventory processes, including stock levels, stock audits, and loss prevention.
- Implement strategies to re-engage dormant customers and foster loyalty among existing clients.
- Lead, mentor, and train store staff to uphold company standards and service excellence.
- Prepare comprehensive sales performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain high operational standards regarding store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail store management.
- Proven track record of hitting sales KPIs and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
