Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily retail store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service quality.
- Drive store sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain strict inventory management, including product stock levels and equipment maintenance.
- Oversee operational budgets, cash handling, and daily financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility in the Bandung area.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the wellness, spa, or beauty industry.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and retain a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and a passion for providing premium client experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern Point of Sale (POS) systems.
