Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement store strategies to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor store staff to ensure high-performance standards and exceptional customer service delivery.
- Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and opening/closing procedures.
- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and health and safety regulations at all times.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and talent retention.
- Manage inventory levels effectively to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability for our customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a store management or supervisory role within the retail fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Solid understanding of retail operational processes, including POS systems and inventory management software.
- Highly results-oriented with strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable store improvements.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
