Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and organized workflow.
- Lead, train, and mentor the store team to maximize sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Ensure the store maintains a high standard of visual merchandising and adheres to Klamby's brand identity.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and minimize stock loss.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations professionally and promptly.
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
