Tanggung Jawab
- Drive overall store sales performance and achieve monthly KPIs.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team of crew members.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, supply chain management, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Implement localized marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in Magelang.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a Retail or F&B environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
