Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, and inventory management.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure the highest standard of product display and store cleanliness is maintained at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including product ordering and waste reduction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Prepare regular sales reports and conduct stock audits for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in any field (Hospitality or Management preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Store Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader, preferably in Retail or F&B.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Residing in or willing to be stationed in Denpasar, Bali.
