Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of therapists and front-desk staff to achieve peak performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and service quality.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and implement strategies to boost revenue and customer retention.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally to maintain our premium reputation.
- Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance technical skills and customer service etiquette.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on branch performance and operational challenges for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail, hospitality, or wellness industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage operational budgets successfully.
- Demonstrated commitment to high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the industry.
