Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement store strategies to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure high levels of service and performance.
- Maintain excellent store standards in cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to provide actionable insights for growth.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Manage operational budgets and minimize shrinkage to improve store profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong understanding of retail inventory management practices.
