Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functionality and high productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to align with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and periodic stock-taking activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues professionally.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for headquarters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good knowledge of retail operations, stock management, and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
