Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
- Drive store sales performance to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage, train, and mentor staff to foster a high-performance team culture.
- Monitor and maintain strict product quality standards and store inventory control.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and operational reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with regional management for promotional activities and store improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a talent for motivating others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage operational budgets.
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
