Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end store operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols to maximize profitability.
- Provide an elevated customer experience, handling inquiries and feedback to ensure long-term brand loyalty.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness in the Bali market.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain high standards of store hygiene, organization, and safety protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the luxury or fashion retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing retail teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in retail management software and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail business hours.
- Demonstrated passion for customer service excellence and luxury brand representation.
