Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and exceptional customer service standards
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and visual presentation standards
- Manage store budgets, including payroll, expenses, and inventory cost control
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales conversion
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation
- Collaborate with regional management to implement company initiatives and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years retail management experience with proven team leadership success
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting, inventory control, and budget management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively lead diverse teams
- Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising principles, and customer experience strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions
