Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets through strategic merchandising and promotions
- Lead and develop store staff through coaching, training, and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Optimize daily store operations including visual merchandising and layout
- Analyze sales data and implement action plans to improve profitability
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in consumer goods
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team development
- Strong analytical skills for inventory and operational management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
