Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Train and mentor store staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Manage store budgeting, expense control, and cost-reduction initiatives
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and problem resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience in hospitality or tourism sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
