- Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality management, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving store performance
- Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- College degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
