Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation to prevent shortages and overstock
- Lead, train, and develop store staff to maximize performance and customer service
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels

Kualifikasi
