Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints promptly
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for efficient product procurement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in supermarket or retail environment
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software
