Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Handle inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and analyze store performance reports

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or similar role
