We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our operations in Surabaya. As the face of our brand, you will oversee the daily operations of our All You Can Eat (AYCE) restaurant, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage staff, streamline workflows, and implement operational excellence to drive both customer satisfaction and business growth. You will be the key driver in achieving monthly sales targets and maximizing profitability while maintaining high standards of hygiene and service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service delivery and high-quality standards.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and manage waste to maximize profit margins.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends, prepare budgets, and meet sales targets.
- Train staff on product knowledge, service standards, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales and operational KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Fluency in English and local languages (Indonesian).
- Basic knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and POS systems.
- A valid Food Handler Certificate or equivalent is preferred.
