Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing store team to ensure high employee retention.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and minimize loss/shrinkage through effective security measures.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a world-class shopping experience by resolving customer issues promptly and maintaining high service standards.
- Cost Efficiency: Monitor operating costs and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profit margins.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the visual appeal of the store and ensure merchandise displays are attractive and organized.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Location: Willing to be based in Jakarta Raya.
