Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective store strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and safety standards are upheld.
- Provide dynamic leadership and mentorship to store staff to boost performance and morale.
- Implement and monitor excellent customer service protocols to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management.
- Maintain high product quality standards throughout the store.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a retail leadership role.
- Strong understanding of retail management software and POS systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage operational costs.
