Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of employees by conducting regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills.
- Drive store profitability by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing effective merchandising strategies, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and manage supply chain logistics to prevent stockouts and minimize wastage.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community stakeholders and business partners to support store growth.
- Prepare and manage the store’s budget, controlling operational costs while maximizing profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of strong leadership and the ability to develop and mentor a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong operational management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel within the region.
