Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening, closing, and shift management.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of retail staff to achieve individual and store goals.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and handle product replenishment efficiently.
  • Analyze sales reports and identify trends to implement strategies for business improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment that aligns with brand standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet operational targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
  • A valid working permit and willingness to relocate to Bali.
