Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies
- Manage and motivate store staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize losses
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the store
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer products
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
