Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic store action plans to drive sales growth and achieve monthly KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer service standards.
- Maintain excellence in visual merchandising, ensuring store presentation aligns with global brand guidelines.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures to minimize shrinkage.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on store performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback for regional management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage staff scheduling, training, and operational compliance.
- Foster a positive work culture that prioritizes talent development and employee retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store P&L.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and high-end service standards.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
