Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and brand compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appeal and maximize product turnover.
- Generate and analyze daily or weekly sales reports for management review.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are strictly followed by all personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to business challenges.
