Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure 100% compliance with corporate SOPs.
- Lead, mentor, and train store staff to enhance service delivery and sales performance.
- Manage end-to-end stock control, including inventory audits, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to maximize store profitability and budget adherence.
- Implement promotional strategies effectively to drive foot traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and onboard top-tier retail talent.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure a premium in-store customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or assistant management roles.
- Deep understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management software, and POS systems.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing team performance.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve operational challenges proactively.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.
