As our Store Manager / Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, driving team performance, and ensuring strict compliance with our company SOPs. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure full compliance with SOPs regarding recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Oversee daily store operations including promotional activities, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Manage store financial records, cash handling, and sales reporting to ensure profitability.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory levels to minimize shrinkage.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a retail team to achieve monthly sales targets and provide top-tier customer service.
- Implement corporate marketing and promotional strategies to drive store traffic and conversions.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure a professional store environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or lifestyle retail.
- Strong understanding of retail SOPs, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willing to work on a contract basis and committed to operational excellence.
