Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the store team to ensure high performance, motivation, and professional growth.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness in accordance with MAP Active’s brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving complex queries and fostering a welcoming shopping environment.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and health & safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, specifically in the fashion, sports, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving operational excellence in a high-volume store.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in retail management software and MS Office (Excel).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions to solve business challenges.
- Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work weekends and holidays as per retail requirements.
