Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and ensure accurate store reporting.
- Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and store appeal.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for store growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field, Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible working shifts.
- Strong analytical skills and basic proficiency in POS/Retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to be placed in any branch throughout East Java (Jawa Timur).
