Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee all store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
- Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with suppliers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and inventory
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar leadership role
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with Inditex brands is considered an advantage
