Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train restaurant staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards strictly adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and wastage to optimize operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the restaurant.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
  • Prepare accurate financial and operational reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the F&B or Restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L statements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and restaurant operations.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is a plus.
