Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and train barista and kitchen teams on product knowledge, preparation techniques, and customer service standards
- Manage cashier operations, cash handling, and POS system reconciliation
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Monitor and optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely inventory replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in store management or supervisory role within hospitality/retail
- Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques and basic kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
