Tanggung Jawab
- Drive store sales performance and achieve monthly KPIs through strategic planning and team motivation.
- Lead, train, and mentor store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met to reflect the brand's global image.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Manage administrative tasks, including staff scheduling, payroll reporting, and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages team engagement and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in retail reporting and stock management.
- High energy, customer-focused, and a passion for the Bath & Body Works brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
