Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and inspire store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation according to global standards.
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on development and career growth.
- Implement effective retail strategies to maximize store profitability and optimize operational workflows.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
- Manage store schedules, payroll compliance, and operational budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with regional management to align store activities with brand campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably within the sports or fashion apparel industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of retail math, inventory control, and loss prevention procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings to support store needs.
- Passion for the adidas brand and a deep understanding of current sportswear market trends.
