Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to foster a culture of service excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, and operational quality control.
- Drive restaurant profitability by actively monitoring costs and boosting sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain orders, and minimize wastage effectively.
- Provide regular reporting on store performance, sales metrics, and team attendance to senior management.
- Ensure all customer complaints are addressed promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and customer relations.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and committed to the local region of Cianjur.
- Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
