Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day operations across two store locations in Bali, ensuring seamless transitions and consistent service quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Maintain shop floor standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product availability.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify growth opportunities and optimize stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock counts, restocking, and supply chain coordination.
- Implement company policies and safety standards while fostering a positive team culture.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent command of Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and meet operational KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, 'hands-on' attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and visual merchandising.
