Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the restaurant team to ensure operational efficiency and team morale.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
  • Monitor and enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and quality standards consistently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Analyze financial reports, manage P&L, and optimize operational costs to maximize profitability.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and implement service improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff adherence to company service standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant P&L, inventory management, and operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Willingness to be based in Tasikmalaya, West Java.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
