PT Upin Masa Depan is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Store Manager to oversee our outlet operations in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the heart of our store, ensuring that every aspect of the customer experience and team performance aligns with our brand's mission for growth and quality.
As the Head of Store, you will lead a dedicated team to maintain high standards of service, food safety, and efficiency. We are looking for a hands-on manager who is not only great at managing people but also thrives on data-driven decision-making to optimize store profitability and operational consistency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet to ensure maximum productivity and service quality.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain coordination, and minimize wastage to maintain healthy profit margins.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of service staff to ensure consistent performance and high morale.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Food Quality standards (HACCP compliance) at all times.
- Analyze daily and weekly sales reports to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure a world-class customer experience by resolving complaints and proactively managing store ambiance.
- Coordinate with head office regarding marketing initiatives, promotions, and reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams of 10+ people.
- Deep understanding of F&B cost control, P&L management, and inventory tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Problem-solver mindset with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
