As the face of our establishment, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring world-class service standards, and managing the day-to-day functionality of the store.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage, train, and motivate store staff to ensure peak performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock procurement, and minimize wastage.
- Drive sales growth through effective shift management and upselling strategies.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and cost optimization.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
- High level of integrity and professional work ethics.
