As the Store Manager, you will collaborate with regional management to align store goals with company strategies. You will oversee inventory levels, manage staff schedules, and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain our brand reputation. You will also be tasked with monitoring financial performance, including sales targets and budget adherence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and shift management procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high morale.
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and waste reduction strategies to optimize costs.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, budget adherence, and cash handling.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and implement service recovery strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B or Retail sector.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting and inventory management systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
