Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily F&B outlet operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Mentor, train, and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Drive store performance by hitting or exceeding established monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, waste control, and supply chain processes to optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for upper management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an F&B managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of F&B cost control, inventory management, and profit optimization.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible working hours, including availability on weekends and holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
