Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee daily F&B outlet operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
  • Mentor, train, and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Drive store performance by hitting or exceeding established monthly sales targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, waste control, and supply chain processes to optimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Prepare regular financial and operational reports for upper management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an F&B managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of F&B cost control, inventory management, and profit optimization.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible working hours, including availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
