Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales growth strategies through promotions, discount programs, and local marketing initiatives
- Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising excellence
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash handling
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supplier relationships for optimal stock management
- Implement and analyze sales performance reports to drive continuous improvement
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or F&B management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proven track record in sales growth and promotional execution
- Knowledge of local marketing strategies in Bali's tourism sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
