Tanggung Jawab
- Drive store sales performance to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies in alignment with Inditex global brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify growth opportunities and resolve discrepancies.
- Foster a positive work culture and ensure strict compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Manage store operational budgets, including labor scheduling and overhead costs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail fashion environment.
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and retail operational metrics.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 15+ staff members.
- Deep passion for fashion trends and brand representation.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a high-traffic location.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
