Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and alignment with TEEG global standards.
- Drive store sales growth and meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets, labor cost management, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of supervisors and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment based on our core values.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and functional game machines.
- Oversee inventory management, cash handling procedures, and operational audits to prevent loss and ensure compliance.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive foot traffic and increase customer retention.
- Handle administrative duties, including staff scheduling, performance reviews, and operational reporting to regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in store management, preferably within the entertainment, hospitality, theme park, or retail sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and analyzing operational financial reports.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate, train, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, aligning with retail peaks.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; communicative proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
