As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the store's success, responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring the highest standards of visual merchandising and stock management. You will lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team to embody the brand's values and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring strict compliance with Inditex global standards and local regulations.
- Drive sales performance by setting clear targets, analyzing KPIs, and implementing impactful commercial strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and sales associates to reach their full potential.
- Manage inventory levels, streamline stock replenishment processes, and conduct regular stocktakes to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising impeccably reflects Inditex brand guidelines, creating an inspiring shopping environment.
- Deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience, personally handling high-level escalations and ensuring service excellence.
- Control operational budgets, including staffing costs, utilities, and maintenance, to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and legally compliant working environment for all employees and customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or highly experienced Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume fashion retail environment.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth, improving KPIs, and building engaged, high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of retail operational processes, including inventory management, VM, and loss prevention.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed commercial decisions.
- Highly organized, resilient, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in Business, Management, or Marketing is highly preferred.
