Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, and supply chain logistics to maximize store profitability.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable strategies for business growth.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining high service standards throughout the store.
- Collaborate with regional management to implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage operational budgets, including labor costs, expenses, and asset protection.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development and performance management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel between store locations in Jakarta and Tangerang as required.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
