Fredley Food and Beverages, established in 2014 by one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the Philippines, Avin Ong, is the proud franchise partner of the rapidly growing Kenangan Coffee brand. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences and are now looking for a talented Store Manager to lead our Banawe, Quezon City location.
As a Store Manager, you will be the heart of our operations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of the store, from opening to closing. You will lead a team of passionate baristas and service staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to provide outstanding customer service. Your days will be filled with coaching, problem-solving, and driving key performance metrics. You will manage inventory, control costs, and implement marketing initiatives to boost store sales. We are looking for a leader who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas and service staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with company standards for food safety, quality, and sanitation
- Train, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and career growth
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor costs to optimize efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints promptly
- Coordinate with marketing team for local promotions and events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store management within the food & beverage or retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Passion for coffee culture and delivering premium customer experiences
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
