- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Drive sales performance through inventory control, merchandising, and promotional execution
- Lead customer service initiatives to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty
- Train, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor store performance metrics and prepare operational reports
- Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain security protocols
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment and vendor management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience in consumer goods
- Strong leadership and team development skills
